Mona has spent the past 20+ years providing business leadership in the areas of partnership, sponsorship, business development, media publishing, and sales administration. Mona has been a passionate leader at PCMA for over 14-years and leads the Partner Relations, Strategic Alliances, and Business Services teams.
In her role at PCMA, Mona has taken a more strategic, year-round approach to transform sponsorship into partnership. Mona believes sponsorship isn’t just about sales, it’s about service, execution, and building the right relationships. It’s this belief that drives Mona’s commitment to build strong foundations and teams focused on relationship development and fulfillment.
Because partnerships are so critical to PCMA’s success, Mona works with a great network of teams to not only identify new opportunities that drive initiatives that serve PCMA’s members and customers, but to be more creative and innovative in developing forward-thinking partnerships focused on value alignment, value creation, and return on objectives.
Prior to PCMA, Mona lead and supported various sales efforts at the National Association of REALTORS, Airborne Express (now DHL), and Fox Associates, a magazine representative firm based in Chicago. Mona studied at Indiana University earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising.
